Service was good and I was very happy with the food coming from local farmers - eat local when you can. The filet, lobster mac/cheese and beets were great!!

I found this place a wonderful find. I had the KC strip steak and it was done to perfection. Our service was fantastic. It was pricey but well worth it!

Excellent service always here makes for a great romantic evening. Fresh locally sourced organic produce go into the beautifully cooked good. Great tasting menus are highly recommended.

Full disclosure: I used to work for the Sawgrass Marriott. I've dined at the Grille numerous times, however I felt weird writing a review because I worked there. I've been away for long enough and I've returned strictly as a guest, so a review is long overdue. The service is always amazing at the Grille. These guys are pros in every which way. Service is quietly elegant, where your needs are anticipated. They serve as a team here so you may have 2 to 3 people servicing your table through the evening. The servers are also very knowledgeable about the food and wine. The food is awesome! I've taste the steaks, scallops, and sea bass. They are dry aging their own beef these days. Their seafood purveyor is amazing!! Everything is incredibly fresh and of the season. My favorite items include the Lobster Mac and Cheese and the Scallops served with on sugar cane skewer. Desserts are great --highly recommend ordering a few to share! Much love to my boys, including Chef Brett, at the Grille!!

When our regular haunt for Christmas Eve dinner was not going to be available, in trying to stay close to home, we decided to try Augustine Grille. Looking at the menu online I was excited about the potential of what we may be able to dine upon. While the offerings were delicious, I wasn't particularly wowed. My sister and I split the Lobster Napoleon small plate as our appetizer and I had the filet. While the broccolini was perfectly crisp, I've had better filets. I rarely eat red meat anymore so when I do I really want it to be delicious. This was just at par. Nothing super special. The Bailey's cheesecake I shared with my husband for dessert was OK, but again didn't wow me. Maybe our problem was we were there for Christmas Eve when they were operating with a limited menu. I haven't given up yet, but I'm not holding my breath. The staff that we encountered was fabulous. They handled our table of twelve with the minimalist of hiccups. Just need to see if the food stacks up next time.

It looks, based on prior reviews, that there must be new staff at this place as I experienced nothing like what was previously reviewed. Be aware that for what would be considered a high end restaurant there appeared to be no dress code as people were eating dinner there in hoodies, workout shorts, and flip flops. The service was amazingly slow and inattentive. My wife and I were often having to flag down someone. Also, if you ask someone how their meal is and they shrug and say "It's ok" you should be worried. The wine list was filled with mediocre selections. What decent selections they had were so overpriced as to be laughable. In fact every selection was about triple what I have seen it for at any other restaurant. I had the marrow appetizer. It was completely overcooked thus ruining the taste. My wife had the bisque and it was very good. For our main course I had the venison osso buco and my wife had the scallop and shrimp pasta. Her scallops were overcooked and the pasta was so bland that she could not eat it. Ultimately, her dinner was the bisque, two overcooked scallops, and two tasty shrimp. The osso buco was decent but not as good as I would have expected. The sides saved it. The total cost of this? $80 for two waters, two apps, and two dinners. There are far better selections for both quality and value off Marriott premises. I suggest you look there.

Ohh what a great place. I've been here for years and know how awesome the staff and chefs strive to be. Top marks here because everyone from the staff, Kelly, Chris, Ray, Usman and others make the experience truly memorable. Chef Brett is great at all of his work and I love to eat his food. This is the gem of a newly refurbished hotel. My all time favorite app is their tuna tartare, get it, end of story. They also have an app sampler tower where chef chooses 3 of his best plates for the table, a great way to try new items. They have a crab cake that will leave you scratching your head about how its made. When it comes to mains there is a whole fried fish that comes out with rice and bok choy. The steak and mashed potatoes are great. This is such a great quite place that you can escape to if you want to have a romantic dinner. 5 stars and I don't like to give those out very much.

Fabulous lobster Napoleon, a great fish special and a bottle of Ripassa -- lovely! DH quite enjoyed his dry aged rib eye as well.

Excellent. Service was impeccable. I ate very late, so I had the Sea Scallop appetizer and French Onion Soup for Dinner. The Sea Scallops were local and fresh catch of the day. Amazing. An eating adventure! So delicious! The French Onion soup was good, but i think my mom's is better. The Creme Brulee was phenomenal with fresh fruit (the blackberries a little unripe, though). I am huge on service, and i love great service. The staff recognize the international signs of "i am finished with this plate" and whisk away your plate without even asking. Very rare, even in fine restaurants. Very pleasing experience!
